It's another hump day at the Spring. Come and enjoy our homemade soups, salads, meatloaf platter, vegetarian items, breakfast served all day. Drink specials. Just like downtown, only cheaper, nicer, friendlier and without the parking ramp.

Thursdays

Every Thursday night Dee Jays Shannon Blowtorch & So Supreme mash beats together in a manner meant for your enjoyment, if it's bumpin' they'll play it.
Soul, funk, hip hop, indie, R&B, dancehall, reggatone, you name it!
You won't hear typical top 40 music.

Saturday and Sunday

Best Breakfast in town. Enjoy the full range of homemade items: Spring Street Browns, Breakfast Burritos, French Toast, Bacon, Vegetarian Black Beans, Homemade Buttermilk Pancakes.
